With its open concept design, enjoy the spaciousness and flow of 1300 square feet of living space.
Natural light streams through the windows on each end creating a bright and airy ambiance. The living room connects the deck with the kitchen, dining, and family room, with lots of open space for everyone.
For those who enjoy entertaining or indoor-outdoor lifestyle, the patio doors in the main bedroom and living room provide direct access to the outdoor wrap around deck. Plenty of room for entertaining a small group of friends or just relax in the privacy that the solid half wall delivers. There is a small corridor view of the ocean between the adjacent buildings across the street.
Outdoor furnishings include a stylish teak dining table accompanied by four chairs. A cozy loveseat, two armchairs, and a coffee table, providing ample outdoor seating for four more. The second bedroom opens onto a small deck, offering mountain views.
The living room has a cozy yet functional setup, consisting of a sofa accompanied by two chairs along with a desk creating a dedicated workspace, equipped with reliable and secure high speed Internet.
The family room at the other end of the suite features a comfortable sectional with ottoman and state-of-the-art 55-inch flat screen TV. There is also a bureau with extra table linens and placemats for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - wine glasses, dishes and cutlery for 8 and the dining area features a beautiful parota wood table that can comfortably seat everyone.
Four custom bar stools at the kitchen bar make it convenient to have quick meals or enjoy drinks while keeping the cook company. It's also a perfect spot to play games and have some fun together.

Both three-piece bathrooms feature spacious walk-in showers with elegant glass doors. The front door is secured with a digital lock and a unique passcode that is changed after every check-out. A bolted safe is located in the main bedroom providing a secure place to store your laptop and other valuables.
It’s only a two-minute walk to the beach, and with two Tommy Bahama chairs and beach umbrella it’s the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the breathtaking views. A cooler is also provided to keep your favorite snacks and beverages chilled for a delightful beach picnic or happy hour sundowner.
Our property manager will greet you upon arrival or arrange self check-in, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Complimentary housekeeping is provided weekly for stays of 10 days or longer but we’re happy to provide additional housekeeping services for a small fee should it be required. Please feel free to reach out directly should you require anything during your stay.

The neighbourhood is referred to as "Los Picos" and the building is located at 16 Retorno Playa Las Minitas which you access by turning left off the highway at Los Terraltos (Los Amores Plaza), a familiar Bucerias landmark and the last official bus stop before La Cruz, the next town. There are no through streets and as this is the only access for vehicles you'll find very little traffic in the area.

Important Information
As per the condominium by-laws, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights.
We have a strict no-party policy. Additionally, pets and smoking/vaping are not permitted within the premises at any time.
Rooftop Pool and Barbecue Area includes a workout area at the back of the rooftop deck with a treadmill, stationary bike and a small universal gym.
Your Stay Experience
You will be staying on the third floor with a wrap around deck and planters that provide additional privacy and sufficient shade to enjoy at any time of the day
Beautiful Views to the north and an ocean view between the condominium buildings across the street. Please note that there is a small condominium property being built across the street so you may experience some noise between 8 and 5 weekdays and Saturdays from 9-1pm
Elevator operates from the parking garage to the rooftop pool area.
