Velmar 5 is the perfect vacation accommodation for families and small
groups.
It is located just 2 ½ small blocks from the beach in Bucerias,
just 16 km North of Puerto Vallarta airport.
The condo features a secure walled landscaped garden with a large
pool and barbecue, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, fully
equipped kitchen and air conditioning. The master bedroom and lounge
open directly onto a private balcony facing the pool and the beach.
The balconies have magnificent views of the entire Bay of Banderas.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The
second bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds. The lounge is equipped
with a TV, VCR and entertainment system.
Daily maid service by English speaking maid except Sunday, pool servicing,
gardener, sheets, towels, coffee, tea, purified water, beach toys,
popular CD's a selection of novels and kids videos and games are all
included.
Not enough room for you and your group, rent one or more of the other
5 condos in the development as well.
Bucerias has many fine restaurants and bars but it is a tranquil village
and the nightlife centers around the square and ice cream parlor in
front of the church. For those seeking more lively activities, Puerto
Vallarta is 20 minutes by taxi it has the best shopping of any resort
in Mexico. The nightclubs and bars of Puerto Vallarta rage well into
the small hours.
Bucerias is a charming and traditional Mexican village situated at
the North end of The Bay of Banderas, or The Bay of Flags. It is the
7th largest bay in the world and is a Jacque Cousteau protected environment.
The bay is home to abundant life forms but it is unique in that it
is shark free. The reason for this is because dolphins living in the
bay give birth to their young all year round and to protect their
colony they mount a patrol at the entrance to the bay to keep sharks
out. Humpback, Grey and even Killer Whales can be seen in the bay
from December to March. Giant Manta Rays, some with wingspans up to
4 meters (13 feet) mate in the bay in April and are occasionally seen
jumping above the surface of the bay.
There are about 20 good restaurants and bars within walking distance
of the condo and numerous others for the more adventurous. Mark's
Bar and Grill is very popular with the Gringo's and has a satellite
TV for those who can't do without TSN or ESPN.
If lazing on the beach, lounging by the pool and sipping cocktails
while enjoying the fabulous weather and spectacular sunsets is not
enough for you, the Bucerias area has many other activities for you
to enjoy.
There
are 3 golf courses within a 15-minute taxi ride from the condo. The
golf course at Punta de Mita was designed by Jack Nicklaus as a signature
course and has 6 beachfront holes and breathtaking surroundings. You
must bring a letter from your golf pro stating that you are an experienced
golfer to play this course.
There are several agencies in the village where you can rent cars
and mountain bikes, book jungle tours, whale watching cruises, snorkeling
and scuba diving trips, ocean kayaking adventures and deep sea fishing
trips.
You can go horseback riding on the beach and in the jungle, charter
sail and power boats, watch bullfights, and visit Sayulita for a day's
surfing.
Rates:
November 01 to April 30 - US$980.00 per week
May 01 to October 31 - US$700.00 per week
30% at time
of booking remainder 30 days before arrival. Cancellation 30 days
prior to arrival will incur a 15% service charge. Cancellations after
30 days prior to arrival I will try to rent it for the booked period
and if successful you will be refunded minus 15% service charge.
Bookings of
4 weeks or more:
November 01 to April 30 - US$840.00 per week
May 01 to October 31 - US$560.00 per week
